I haven't checked frx2word recently, but the main difference is that
because frx2word uses mainly Word automation, my utility is many times faster. To find out which one converts your reports better, you will probably have to check both as I wouldn't like to claim something I haven't tried.

Also, I'm not sure if frx2word supports report merging and hyperlinks.
