I assume you work over a network. This seems a normal time to load an EXE over the network.

You can:

  • Leave it as it is.
  • Try to get a faster network.
  • Put the EXE on each local computer. Have a loader program that checks whether the local EXE is the latest version. If it isn't, the loader program will copy the EXE from the server and then run it, again from the local computer.
