Relatively easy. I got some trouble making it work in the beginning, but not too much.
Of course, you have to get accustomed to things like "check out" and "check in" (do you want an explanation?). Check-out is almost automatic, when you open a file in the project manager. Check-in must be done manually, when you think you are ready doing a certain change.
I only tried it with VFP6. I think it should work equally well with VFP.
