What are the values of Tabstretch and TabStyle on you pageframe?

Have you tried setting them to 1 and 0 respectively? This should stop multiple rows and your controls disapearing. With so many pages, it might be wiser to use an alternative method to change pages... a combo or something.

The inner objects top property stays the same no matter how many rows of pages are at the top. It appears that the rows of pages at the top is moving in on the inner controls space.

>when they stack up, the inner controls are being stepped on... The idea is when you get to a particular county-state, that all offices that match it will be displayed on a single form on the pageframe pages. We initally tried storing all this stuff in a single table with the pages dedicated to an office but quickly ran out of fields. I have no way of knowing how many offices there is so, it must be completely dynamic, without showing an office if we don't have any data to populate it. I cannot make a page invisible...
