I need to answer this. When we talk about Christianity, we are talking about different practices: Catholics, Baptists, Protestants, Full Gospel, etc. The Dogmas maybe similar but they differ when it comes to practices. The one you mentioned above is a practice I think by baptists and catholics. We belong to full gospel christianity which we allow women to be preachers and pastors.
