Hello, i am a VFP programmer for a long time, now i make an enterprise, i going to start from 0, the idea is dev an web site like Universal thread, but for plc programmers, scada users and support for end users.

i want post archives with information about plc's (like documents in UT), i choose Web Connection for dev (like UT).

i want to know where i can start (i buy the book WEBRAD).
