Don't think you are.
But after reading the message several times I came to the conclusion that he is now connecting the client via the normal LAN (though wireless) connection. I.e., processing is in the client now and avoids the TS.

Though I don't have any real ideas about this thing, I'd suggest to connect the PC concerned through a wired connection. I'd say that any cache issues should be the same. And if not, how would the wireless connection be able to influence on this ?
