Tools used:
Visual FoxPro 7.0 SP1
Crystal Reports 8.5.0.217
MS SQL Server 2000

We create a stored procedure that returns the necessary data for the report. We are using the Crystal Reports Viewer in order to display the reports. The report runs and displays properly (through the exe) on the development machine. When we run the report (through the exe) on a client machine, it starts out as if it is going to work but then the message "Physical database not found" pops up. You can hit OK to make the message disappear, but the report never displays. The SQL Server database is actually there because there is a search window to search for customers in this application and we are able to return records in the search window.

The following web site lists the dlls that are necessary to be distributed:
http://support.crystaldecisions.com/library/kbase/articles/c2008905.asp
We have all of the dlls mentioned on this web site, but still no luck.

The Crystal web site also mentions that if you get that error message the main cause for this error is missing or out-of-date database DLLs on the client computer. We have copied the dlls from the development machine to the test machine so they match. Obviously we are still missing a dll or two.

Does anyone have the definitive list of dlls that are necessary to be deployed to a client's machine in order to make this work.

Thanks,

Vic
