>I am trying to publish a form to the web using Foxisapi. I was able to get the sample running that came with Visual FoxPro, but instead of directly connecting to the database I would like to have my form appear as a regular HTML document. Once they fill the form out and submit it, the form will give a response or another form. Is this possible and what are some of my options on how to accomplish this task? I am new to FoxPro and could use the help.

Hello Chris!

If you could get to run the Foxisapi sample, congratulations! There is an enhanced FOXISAPI read.me file (and new sample file, with new DLL!!) on MS VFP support site. (Q158839)
Next I reccomend you, that see some sample HTML source, you can use View/Source in Netscape or IE. I even tried to make some html page with MS Frontpage. After it I wrote some html specific class based on foxisapi sample, and I made my own home page. I placed a link on it, that fired my code via foxisapi dll.
I recommend you, if you use foxisapi example, that at first steps use Internet explorer and NT personal web server (and MS full compatible tools) I am not MS agent, but as I saw each sample based on MS tools. So after you understand the "system" change to anything you want. It was my own way on web-fox highway.
Of course there are other paths!
