I have sent a little working example that I previously sent to the thread originator where the question was slightly different -- does the mover work when located on a data child form. So the example includes two form, a datamanager (parent) form and and datachild (child) form called from a button on the parent form. However, the mover box works in the same way and gives you the idea how it works. It could just as well be on the parent form. You can obviously swap out the table references to your own.

It might be worth getting a couple of books and studying the newer stuff a little. You would be way more productive using VFP7's capabilities.
