If your working with VFP tables - then remove the view and use the table. This will give you what your asking for because it retrieves the data as it moves from record to record. However, you will always have the issue of two people viewing the same record and one making a change and the other not seeing the change. Even with fast refresh timers it could occur.
If your using SQL (or some other database) then you are running into a very old problem that every programmer faces - How to deal with record changes made by different users to the same record. I suggest you check the net for recommendation and suggestions on ways to deal with the problem.
