'{call sp_name}' is ODBC Escape syntax. You can look it up in the MSDN library.

With parameters it looks like this:

'{ret=call delete_emp(p1, p2)}'

>Your suggestion worked, thanks. I had looked up CALL in (Microsoft VISUAL FOXPRO 6.0 Language Reference) and saw use "SET LIBRARY instead", that did not work for me. Now on to passing (auguments)with the call, the fun never ends.
