Recently, every time I build an EXE, the entire project is recompiled, making the compilation very slow.
I checked the "recompile all" option in the project - it is off.
I also checked whether some file have a future datetime stamp - the answer is no.
What else should I check?
I compile through a PRG that issues a BUILD EXE command.
