Hi Evan,
I do same with BMP formats so it's easy to show picture when users move between records (and currently the only format that could be used in image control). Another format needs a host other than Windows default. For digital cameras generally Kodak KDC format is used (maybe yours different) and software includes a utility to convert to BMP. If not there are many converters shareware and freeware (even you could open most of them in IE and save as BMP).
