I have an employee program in e:\employee directory. Everytime I do stonefield Database Explorer I get a textbox requesting system name with default in the textbox as e:\. I type in e:\employee and hit ok. The stonefield database explorer still doesn't show my database so I try click on first icon to open set of meta data. I locate DBCXREG.DBF in e:\employee and hit open. After that I get another textbox requesting system name with the default in the textbox now showing e:\employee (correctly). I hit ok and the database shows up. Why am I having to jump hoops here? Is it looking at old version of my sdt?
