You are right I am using a form of a "framework"; but this is mostly for building grids and pages on a pageframe which can not be calculated at compile time. Either way though, the slowness you would describe here would be a consistent result.

For example, if I had executable A and it took 20 seconds to load the form, it would almost always be 20 seconds to load the form if the form never changed.

In my case, Executable A takes 20 seconds and Executable B takes 60 seconds with no changes to the form or the framework that drives it. I have described the change in a return message to Jim Nelson.
