Hi All,

I am experimenting with a grid's AllowAddNew property. When I set it to .T. and use the down arrow key from the last row of the grid, a new blank row appears as expected. This is ok except for the fact that I need to "intercept" this event and setup some of the fields in the underlying table.

How do I do the latter? What event is fired so that I can take action?

PS I'd be interested in other opinions regarding adding new records using this feature. Good or bad experiences??
