Of course it's obvious that one is in the works: VFP 8. I can't remember a time when a version beyond the one on the works was being talked about and that's my point.

The fact that there will be a VFP 8 is pretty obvious - all you have to do is go to the Advisor website and see what DevCon attendees will get. As to future versions - it's silly to think there'd be information or comments on that before we ship VFP 8.

At that particular event, there was no spoken indication of a next version, but it was obvious that one was in the works. To all DevCon attendees, I'd suggest keeping your eyes and ears open. Never know what you might find out.
