If VFP report error (VCX libraries) after build EXE, then VCX libraries are corupted.
Open VCX library as table and see in field METHODS.
If field contains garbage characters or is empty when hasn't empty, then libraries is corupted. Try use utilities for repair dammaged VFP tables or use back-up.
