You can use Access 2000 (create a project), Visual Studio ,oSQL command (SQL commands), SQL DMO (A COM object that can be accessed from VFP).
oSQL and SQL DMO are included in MSDE. I oSQL dtabases can be created
The best thing however would be to use the Enterprise Manager (comes with MS SQL Server or Visual Studio.Net Enterprise version)
