I would try to change/upgrade video driver on that PC.

>At our client, when installing an app via the run-time installation process or when running it from Foxpro 6, the intial screen comes up only about 2/3 the area of an 800x600 resoltuion screen. At out shop, it fills the entire screen, also 800x600. Clearly (?) an environmental setting that is escaping me.
