I populate it in the control's init with the following code:

	.RowSourceType = 6
	.RowSource = "crsrMembers.cFullName, iMemberID"

When I run the form, there is nothing showing up in the combo. When I type any letter, I get the first record in crsrMembers.cFullName. If I hit backspace and then type the same letter, I get the correct letter.
