Did you ever get this resolved? I have a client having the same problem - they have the latest VFP6 service pack and NT is on service pack 4. I also have no control over their infrastructure nor am I allowed to install updates, etc. (big corporation - I'm not even allowed to plug my laptop into their network)

It's always the same bmp file that it crashes on. I've tried copying a new bmp, etc. I can get it to run in their development environment on the same box, but not in runtime.

All of their reports use APPEND GENERAL into temporary tables to display graphics on the reports. I'm about ready to hard-code an X on the report because that's all the bmp is (delete.bmp) - And, it's only this one bmp on one particular report. All of the other bmp files work fine.
