MouseDown and MouseUp both fire.

I take it you are trying to detect if the user changes the RowHeight. These methods will allow you to do this. You can also create a RowHeight_Assign method, but this will not fire when the user changes the height in the UI. It seems to only fire when the rowheight is changed in code.
