Anyway, I've done some 5,000,000 loop with various DLLs but there is nothing that let increase the memory as you say. So, as defined now (see other messages parallel to this one too), it's just the OS, and re-activating the task brings up the memory again ? Strange that you didn't notice that before (actually, I don't believe you on this ...;)
Anyway one thing left ... look for what's concuming your memory. Maybe you can isolate the dll in the big loop (start by just declaring it).
