After connecting the MSCOMM to COM2 and PortOpen = .T., I started to get crap, but after adjusting the settings to the proper baud rate, things came through quite clear.

The client is OVERJOYED now that they are receiving phone calls and being billed to students invoices (they haven't had that since November of LAST YEAR from the prior software from another vendor was installed --- dooohhhh).
