OK, try the 'AlwaysOnBottom' property for your calling form.

>AlwaysOnTop is set to .T. What happens is that the calling form has focus (Dark Blue title bar) and the modal is gray and unable to be clicked on. I have to minimize the calling form to get the focus on the modal form.
