Paul, in the tools directory in your vfp folder, there is either a folder or a zip archive called XSource that has the source code for the coverage profiler.

Markus Egger has a plug-in for the profiler that has all kinds of stuff in it. You should be able to find it on his site at http://www.eps-software.com
