If you haven't purchase the NT Resource Kit yet, checkout www.bookpool.com. I just purchased one from them couple of weeks ago and you can't beat the price.
BTW, I'm also new to NT Server. Although I've been using NT Server/Windows 95 duel-boot configuration at home for quite some time, my company will be upgrading to NT Server from NetWare by end of this month. I see a lot of fun times for both of us!!!
