I know I just got frustrated fighting with Crystal since about 1996 or 1997. Just spent too much money for something that wasn't working well at the time and didn't read my native data without a lot of extra setup. Making commercial products that go to a lot of places is a pain to get the setup right with the end users even if using Wise or InstallShield. And yes, Crystal is a Very Good tool for what it does.
