If you work incide MS SQL server? it works through oledbprovider ( you need OLEDB Oracle , came with Oracle client) or existing dns ( odbc)
So, go to odbc, add alias for Orcale, go back to MS SQL and look export
I did it just a week ago for one client for pretty big database and many times before
