There are 3 settings for Image objects in a report:

1. Clip picture
2. Scale Picture, Retain Shape
3. Scale Picture, fill the frame.


You must have it set on 3 Scale Picture, fill the frame.

Double click on the image object in the report and change the proprty to Scale Picture, Retain Shape.
