How can I make calls to Winsock directly in VFP 5.0a?

I've familiar enough with DECLARE commands and use them quite a bit to call Wininet. But, when I DECLARE ... IN winsock.dll and then try to call a method I get an error saying it cannot load the 32-bit dll.

Should we be able to call winsock?

Anyone know what's wrong?
