Not that I can see; the only thing that I can think of is that you've got a dangling object reference to the Form or a control of that Form floating around - if there are Form references or contained control references floating around, that can prevent the object from releasing during the release, this is why I'm careful to dispose of the original reference created by DO FORM. I'd bet that you've got such an object ref floating around blythely unaware of the havoc it is causing...
