If outlook express is your default mail program, you can do it in regular way through mapi controls
For example, I just send VFP form content like mail attachment
To do this I made class with button, mapi session, mapimessage
The code was mostly taken from VFP samples.
I had only one difficalty. To prevent Outlook ask to confirm mail sending
It sets incide it
