Hi Rich,

What are the Size setting of your Title Bars in Windows OS? I.e. Control Panel\Display Appearance tab, Active Title Bar (18), Inactive Title Bar (18) and Palette Title (15), etc. If they are set to be, oh around 15 or so, you'll never see a difference. Palette Title controls the size of things like the properties window, project manager, etc.
