Dealing strictly from recollection, I think it did (have an affect) under Win98. I'm going to check this on my Win98 box at home and do some comparisons between the default settings.

However, when I installed VFP 7.0, during the installation, I was advised to change my screen resolution for 640x480 to 800x600. I'm wondering if that change impacted the way the half height property behaved.

George,

My screens (here and at home) are both 1280x1024. I just tested changing to 800x600, and it still works. Although, I have to admit that while the title bar does change, I'm hard pressed to believe it's really changing to halfheight. Looks more like about 3/4 height.

Anyway, now I have to reposition all my shortcuts (thanks guy) ;)

Alan
