A web page I designed and being used for 18 months has revealed a strange behaviour.
An input field which becomes part of the "mailto" e-mail, contains the user's name...
Last week, a user called Jim O'Connel repeatedly used the webpage to return info by e-mail... which was never received. The fault seems to point to his name rather than any other malfunction of the page/mailing.

Has anyone had experience of this and can anyone offer a solution or assistance? Thanks
