FoxPro Advisor is a magazine that's published here in the states. They've got a web site that you can visit, and I believe order a copy. The article in question "Fax Reports Right from Visual FoxPro" (p. 44) references a program that appeared in the January 1977 issue VFPMAIL. They also put all the code (plus more) in the magazine on disk (both floppy and, annually, CD ROM). The site address is:
