It's simply to localized version of "Program Files". If the people that programmed Windows were sound programmers, and I'm sure that they are, if it's the Spanish, German, etc., version of Windows, then the basic translation should be something at least similar. Getting the localeID can be done through one of the SYS() functions and determining which language becomes simpler. Once that's done, a simple function could be written to return the appropriate translation.
