Good post. To readers lurking this thread... There are many VFP developers here on the UT and elsewhere who have not upgraded to VFP 7.0. As Sergey suggested, using VFP 7.0 to code source code for VFP 6.0 (as long as you don't use new VFP7 syntax) is a good way to build VFP6 apps if that is required by a company or client. Of course I expect next year people will be saying they can't live without VFP 8.0 when they are forced to go back to VFP 7.0 since VFP 8.0 will be a great VFP upgrade (more information at DevCon in a couple of weeks). <s>
