Back then in 1998 when I started using this, all the strings sys(2015) returned began with _0QY. Now they return _0RJ1, after about four years. I'd say the 4th character lasts about 4 months or so, times 36 (chars and digits here) that's about 9 years until the 3rd character is repeated. So OK, if you want to play safe, make it substr(sys(2015),2) and it would repeat in about 290 years. This is all off-the-eye (Serbian for "measured by thumb") calculation, give or take half an order of magnitude.
