I wouldn't make changes to the base framework classes for two reasons -

1. Whenever you want to upgrade the framework you will have to go through and make all the font changes again. If you make the changes at your form level then you won't have to worry about it.

2. What happens when the next client wants to see more on a screen and you have to make the font smaller?
