Hi all,

I just updated my Visual FoxPro application to use the Crystal RDC instead of the Crystal automation server and at the same time upgraded from version 8 to version 8.5 of Crystal.

My Word and PDF exports were working fine before these changes. Now, when the user tries to export to Word, they get the following error message:

"OLE IDispatch exception code 0 from Crystal Reports ActiveX Designer: Failed to export the report."

I downloaded the Crystal hot fixes and now the user gets the following error message when trying to export to Word:

"OLE IDispatch exception code 0 from Crystal Reports ActiveX Designer: Server has not yet been opened."

The Word export within the application runs fine on my development machine. This leads me to believe I have a file missing that needs to be distruted or a registry problem. I've already posted this problem on the Crystal forum. I just thought maybe somebody here may have had the same problem distributing their application with Crystal reports.

Any ideas?
