Date (1904, 04, 14) in Date (1997, 04, 14) to Date (1904, 04, 14)

In VFP 7 this formula return false
? BETWEEN( {^1904/04/14} , {^1997/04/14} , {^1904/04/14} )

Is a this bug Cr 8.5 ?

How then - I to solve this problem to turn over false?
