Not really. But StartMM doesn't do anything relevant with tables. So the 'Index tag not found' does either come from one of the three utilities that are started in there or from the CLEAR ALL (table still open in hanging form or other object.

BTW: But you ran mmsetup after installation? Not that I don't believe you, I'm only asking again, since I got confused between mmsetup and startmm myself sometimes :)
