On a specified order chart how can I show all labels?

How about configuring the chart to NOT display the labels, and instead create a subreport to stick in underneath the chart that does the label creation? Just a crazy thought I had, I haven't tried charting in CR yet so maybe this isn't even possible, but I have done similar things in other applications to fake out a data label type of thing. It's not a kludgy as actually putting fake values in your data, if it works.
