As Ken said, look at the conference reports. But I will mention the two things shown at DevCon 2001 - autoincrementing fields and pageframe tab placement. There's two.

There are many, many other features of VFP8. VFP8 will be a very significant upgrade. If I was still in the developer world I would be salivating.

Just stall for 2 weeks (lol). After (and I'm sure, during) DevCon, all will be revealed and I think you'll be able to make a convincing argument to the pennypinchers.
