Hi,

I had tried under win98 machine but without any success,
I tried to change the papersize setting but without success.

For win2k, if I change the papersize setting to my receipt printer
papersize, It will not display in the papersize selection option for me
to choose, using another paper size and change it papersize also causing
it to be out of the selection choice for me too. So I can't
get it to print to my receipt paper size.

What can I do to solve this problem, pls kindly advise.

>>>I think that the problem lays definitely in the papersize problem with Win2k. Check mskb #Q304639 ( Find PaperSize for Custom Print Sizes Under Windows NT and Windows 2000 ) and also mskb #Q157172 ( How to Create Custom Forms in Windows NT 4.0 and Windows 2000 ).
