SHFileOperation sometimes failed w/o no reason (yes no reason - doing same again succeeded if retry was done after some human noticable pause). Trying the operation for few times in a loop didn't help. Esxtended error was weird like 'File doesn't exist' - but funnily it did exist and retry succeeded.
I use CopyFile, DeleteFile, MoveFile APIs.
